We built glpmuscle in the wake of the Flo Health settlement and the general collapse of trust in health apps. Our position is simple:

• We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to insurers, not to anyone. Ever.
• We don't sell prescriptions. Some competitors are really pharmacies that bundled a tracker; their incentive is to keep you on their drug. We have no such conflict.
• Your data is yours. Export anytime via your account. Delete your account and all of your data is gone within 30 days.
• We use only what we need.Email for auth, your health logs to power the app. We don't fingerprint you, track you across the web, or run third-party ad pixels.
• Hosting.Data lives in Supabase (Postgres) on US servers. Application hosted on Vercel. Auth emails sent via Resend. That's the entire stack.
